Why are these High-Pointers smiling? Because they’ve been able to take their family names to the Raleigh Temple! (Actually, this is a group of Asheboronians).
.
Family Tree is the amazing new program produced by the Church to help you easily submit the names of your deceased ancestors for temple work. It’s a special website available on the Internet — so you can do everything you need right from home.
.
“All of our vast family history endeavor is directed to temple work. There is no other purpose for it. The temple ordinances become the crowning blessings the Church has to offer.” — President Gordon B. Hinckley, Ensign, May 1998, page 88.

.
Well…
That’s it. You’ve finished the High Point 5-Step!
You’re registered on Family Tree, you’ve organized your stuff, you’ve got your Internet browser set up, you know how to research your family, and you know how to easily submit names for temple work.
We hope we’ve helped make Family History easy, fun and enjoyable for you by giving you the tools and instruction you need — and we wish you Godspeed and great success as you provide saving ordinances for your ancestors and their families. Now, one last thought:
The Lord will open doors and help us in our family history work
— after we have done all we can do.
“If we will go forward with the research work the way will be opened on the right and on the left. You will be astonished to find avenues open. The dead know where their records are, so you are to search until you have gone as far as you can. When you have done all you can do and have reached the limit, what will happen? As always in the past, man’s extremity is God’s opportunity. The Lord never helps us while we can help ourselves. This is our day. We don’t expect Him to do miraculous things that we can do ourselves. When we have done our utmost, then will come God’s opportunity.” — Elder Melvin J. Ballard, “The Inspiration of Temple Work.” The Utah Genealogical and Historical Magazine, Vol. 23, Oct. 1932, pp. 148-149
